Cameras
Canon EOS R and R5
Great cameras for both stills and video and the latest full frame camera from Canon. I often use it side by side with the Canon EOS C70 Cinema EOS camera. It is a mirrorless camera that means it is lighter and has great features especially with autofocus. This camera also works well in low light which is very handy for events.
The R5 Mark II is Canon's latest professional camera. It is high quality and versatile. I works well for action and sports as well as in low light. The video quality is outstanding and can even shoot 8K raw video.

Lighting
There are lots of options when it comes to lighting and so much depends on what you need for specific applications. It also depends on if you need it for photography or video.
Flashguns/Speedlites
Profoto A1, this is Lithium ion powered and is really fast, great for events.
Profoto B10X for portraits, headshots and big group shots. Think of this as portable studio lighting

Batteries and PowerPacks
I used to go through batteries, particularly AA batteries for my flash guns, speedlites and radio mics. I try and use rechargeable when I can. Here are the ones I choose to use. I find the Duracells charge far more quickly with the fast charger but the Eneloop Pros last longer, I haven't timed how long they last but I feel I am changing batteries less often. I have a combination of both as I like the option to charge quickly when I get back. The Duracells are usually charged in about 15 minutes. The Energizer batteries are not rechargeable but can be handy.

PowerPacks - I use these to charge my iPhone, iPad and batteries on my camera. I can charge two devices at the same time and a fully charged battery back and give me up to a week of boosting my power.
